  1. First let me say this, I can' t believe that I'm only the second to rate this very wonderful recipe. Now the " ONLY "reason I'm giving this recipe a " 4 Star " rating is, because there was no rising time given before baking. I let them rise for 30 minutes in a warm place before baking. The lack of a "rising time" might be confusing to a person new to baking.I ended up with a dozen rolls instead of just 10. And I didn't need the full baking time either, all mine needed were 20 minutes at 350 degrees. I made this recipe on 3/19/09 as part of mine and SO's dinner. This was really a wonderful dinner roll that will be made again. Thanks so much for posting and, "Keep Smiling :)"

  2. Very GOOD!! After the dough was done in my bread machine, I cut the dough into 9 pieces. I plced them into a greased 9x13 baking dish. I covered them with a damp towel and placed into a warm oven for 30 minutes. Then I took them out of the oven and let them rise for 30 miutes more on the counter. I then removed the damp towel and baked them for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. They came out very light and fluffy. The rolls were the size of mini keiser rolls! Perfect for sandwiches!!!
