These were pretty good, but a little hard for me to shape and stretch out into bread sticks. I will try again. They did taste good. Thank you.

I made these for my grown daughter who had a craving - they were just what she wanted; soft inside, crispy outside, and great flavor. I "stuffed" them with moz. cheese sticks (cut in half lengthwise) and sprinkled on grated Parmesan. Delicious! Oh, I made these in my food processor; all dry ingredients in the bowl, pulse to mix, then with machine running add liquids, adjust flour, and run processor for 40 seconds to knead, let raise in a warm spot and we had breadsticks out of the oven in 90 minutes! Thanks for a great recipe!

easy and such a great texture...soft on the inside and a little crunch on the outside. We top with cinnamon, sugar, cardamom, oregano, basil, cheese (not all at once, of course) and I have even stuffed them with leftover cheese-sticks. Delicious!

This were easy to make, which I love but I think I cooked mine a few minutes to long cuz the top got pretty brown. I think next time I make these I'll either cut the time down a few mins or lower the temp a bit. Thanks for sharing this easy recipe.

Very yummy right out of the oven. One person said to put close together to keep soft, which is true. I also had one straggler off to the side and it was crunchy - this was yummy too. Either way, very good.

I think next time I'll let these rise a bit longer because I found that they were not as soft as I would have liked, but they were the perfect addition to serve with Pasta E Fagioli. Thanks for posting, making breadsticks in the bread machine is quick and easy!
