A Winner - This is excellent. I went pretty much by the recipe except for using 3 large instead of 2 extra large eggs, used 1/3 cup white and 1/3 cup brown sugar, added 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp nutmeg. I added liquids first and then dry ingredients and just added both bananas and nuts at the beginning with everything else. My machine has a Nuts and Fruits setting which they recommend for banana bread. It took forever, I think about 3 hours and 40 minutes but it was only "resting" during a good part of that time. It came out perfect, can be sliced very thinly, and is absolutely delicious with either butter or cream cheese as well as on its own. The only thing I will change next time is to spray the pan with Pam before adding the ingredients as I had some difficulty getting it to come out of the pan. It finally surrendered, however, and the loaf showed no signs of its struggle. Thanks very much for this recipe.
