Sweet Honey WheatWhite Bread A high riser
- 1 1⁄2 cups buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons softened unsalted butter
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup stone ground wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons wheat gluten
- 2 teaspoons a packet fast rising yeast
- Add the ingredients in the order your machine manufacturer says.
- Set for Sweet Bread and Light to Medium crust.
- If you keep it in a Zip Top bag after it's ready the crust will stay soft and pliable for slicing. Makes a very fine grained bread.
