I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Wegmans.
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil (Italian classics Tuscany style preferred)
- 1⁄3 lb parmigiano-reggiano cheese (Italian classics preferred)
- fresh ground black pepper
- wegmans fleur de sel
- Pour olive oil on clean serving platter.
- Grate cheese; sprinkle on oil.
- Season to taste with pepper and Fleur De Sel.
- Options: Serve with baguette. Cheese can be shaved with a vegetable peeler.
