Adapted from a Canadian Cookbook
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumb
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons chutney (mango is nice)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 lamb loin chops
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Combine bread crumbs, thyme, salt and pepper on a plate.
- Combine chutney and lemon juice, spread completely over each chop.
- Coat each chop with the bread crumb mixture and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake about 20-25 minutes or until done.
