      Place sliced cucumbers,& onions in large bowl.

      Sprinkle with salt& add enough water to cover veggies.

      Soak overnight.

      Get jars& lids ready& hot.

      Drain, put in big pot, add sugar, vinegar, spices.

      Heat till boiling.

      Put in steralized jars& seal.
