This is from my mil which we just made last week they are crunchy good for sandwiches.


  1. Place sliced cucumbers,& onions in large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with salt& add enough water to cover veggies.
  3. Soak overnight.
  4. Get jars& lids ready& hot.
  5. Drain, put in big pot, add sugar, vinegar, spices.
  6. Heat till boiling.
  7. Put in steralized jars& seal.
