A delicious shake drink without the ice cream. You can use full fat milk (or even some cream) for a richer drink if your not looking at calories.
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 medium bananas
- 2 cups coffee ice cubes (frozen coffee, more or less depending on how much coffee and thickness you want)
- Splenda sugar substitute, to taste (optional)
