Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix flours, baking powder, and flaked coconut.
  3. Beat butter or margarine, eggs, and sugar together.
  4. Add flour mixture.
  5. Knead with hands until smooth.
  6. Make small balls, place on greased cookie sheet, and gently flatten with a fork.
  7. Bake until golden.

what I been looking for . Can I put 1/2 Cup of sugar in this recipe . and Butter Flavor and Vanilla.

I added a teaspoon of coconut rum to the recipe to add a little more coconut flavor, but they still came out kind of dry and flavorless, so I made an icing out of powdered sugar, milk, and coconut rum that I bruished on them while they were still warm. This added flavor and moisture.
