This was muy muy bueno!! One of my favorite dishes from Central and South America so far! Loved the strong marinade that was captured between the chicken and the breading. I used quinoa for instead of the breadcrumbs, taking this idea from "Peruvian Quinoa Shrimp Chicharrones With Green Aji Sauce". It was absolutely perfect! ZWT4 with the Babes.
