My MIL has made this spread every Christmas and is excellent as an appetizer with garlic toast.
- 1 (16 ounce) package braunschweiger sausage (room temperature)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 4 tablespoons diced dill pickles
- 4 tablespoons diced onions
- 4 teaspoons pickle juice
- 6 -8 drops hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Beat with mixer until it is well blended and spreads easily.
