- 2 large red potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 onion, thinly slice
- 1 lb bratwurst, sliced
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cancan mushroom soup

- In greased 9x13 casserole, layer half of potatoes, onions, and bratwurst.
- Spread half the can of soup of this.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes or more until top is brown and vegetable are done.
