      Mix dry ingredients and then stir them into a cup of boiling water.

      Boil for 5 minutes and then add butter, brandy, and vanilla.

      Serve hot over mince pie or gingerbread.

      An excellent sauce for a multitude of bakery items. Very easy and fsst to make. I did not have any brandy so I used amaretto liquor. Probably would be good with other liquors or even bourbon.

      Tastes perfect on almost anything. Adds just nice touch of sweetness, moist and that brandy flavor to anything that has turned out just a little dry and not so flavorful. The only minus is for the gray color.
