sweet and delicious brandy sauce with sauteed peppercorns and onions

Top Review by Sauce Lover

I used this sauce for a beef tenderloin we bbq'd last night. I didn't have any onion but I used grated fresh garlic instead. I added some Better than Boullion beef base because I didn't have any demi-glace. Delicious flavor and consistency was perfect.
