- 3⁄4 cup caster sugar
- 1⁄2 cup cream, whipped
- 1⁄4 cup brandy
directions
- Beat egg white until stiff but not dry.
- Fold in sugar and lightly beaten egg yolk.
- Fold in cream, then brandy.
- Serve with your Christmas pudding.
