ingredients

• 473.19 ml vanilla ice cream, softened
• 44.37 ml Creme de Cacao
• 44.37 ml brandy
• 118.29 ml whipped cream or 118.29 ml whipped topping (optional)
• 4 maraschino cherries (optional)
• chocolate shavings (optional)

directions

1. In blender or small mixer, blend first three ingredients until smooth.
2. Divide between two stemmed glasses or dessert dishes.
3. Top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and cherries.
4. Serve with straw and/ot spoons.
