ingredients

• 2 ounces brandy
• 1⁄2 ounce dark Creme de Cacao
• 1⁄2 ounce heavy cream
• whole nutmeg

directions

1. Combine brandy, crème de cacao, and heavy cream in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a 6-ounce cocktail glass and grate nutmeg over top, to taste.

I whip the heavy cream with vanilla, then put a small scoop of quality, or home made coffee ice cream on top

I haven't had one of these in nearly 30 years (I'm dating myself, I know). For the memories alone, it was worth atleast 5 stars. Fortunately, it was also dreamy to drink. Using freshly-grated nutmeg is a must, I think.

Strong but delicious. After I shook it, I poured everything even the ice in my glass. I didn't use nutmeg cause I don't like it. And I was too lazy to grate chocolate lol Thanks Annacia :)
