- Fill a shaker halfway with ice.
- Add in brandy, creme de cacao, and half-and-half.
- Shake vigorously 5-10 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass; sprinkle with nutmeg.
We make one major change to this --use vanilla ice cream in place of the ice !! Back in he old days, when you spent a week in the hospital following surgery, one of my nurse classmates brought me a thermos of this !! Had to keep the window open, to waft away the aroma !! YUMMM. Haven't made them for a while -- maybe tonight !!
