This sauce is fantastic. It should be made at least 2 weeks before use, however I've made it the day before and it was still really good. I got this recipe from Mimi's on the internet several years ago.
- Mix ingredients well in a pyrex dish.
- Cook in a preheated 275 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- Stir every 20 minutes.
- Keep in a tightly covered container in the fridge.
I'm always on the look-out for another cranberry recipe, as we live near some of the biggest cranberry-producing bogs in the world! This one sure fits the bill! *PAC Autumn 07*
