I tried this as a simple dessert for a small get together, and it was really good! From Taste of Home.
- 2 cups low-fat vanilla ice cream
- 1⁄2 cup blackberry
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat milk
- 1⁄4 cup brandy
- Place all ingredients in blender, process until smooth.
I did this without the brandy, and called it a wildberry smoothie. It was good that way.
