Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup flour
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 3 12 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups natural bran
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted fat (butter)
  • 1 12 cups milk (sweet)

Directions

  1. Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.
  2. Blend with bran and add dry ingredients.
  3. Add the milk beaten egg suagr and butter (fat).
  4. Have a thick but a moist batter.
  5. Grease a muffin pan.
  6. Bake 30 minutes.
