Very moist and delicious muffins. My husband could eat these every single day if I made them often enough.
- 118.29 ml butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 236.59 ml brown sugar
- 236.59 ml all-bran cereal
- 236.59 ml sour cream
- 236.59 ml flour, rounded
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 1.23 ml salt
- Mix ingredients altogether.
- Spoon into muffin tins.
- I use the paper muffin cups to make clean up easier.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees until light brown.
This was the easiest receipe I have ever tried for bran muffins. Very Good, thanks so much!
a very moist and yummy muffin! The only thing I did different, was add some vanilla, I can't seem to bake anything with out putting in some vanilla. The taste was excellent! Next time I will add some of my favorite trail mix!!You can do a lot with these excellent muffins!
i thought these were really tasty. i used raisin bran because it's all i had, so it had raisins in it too. they were quite good and of course very easy to make. thanks for posting!
