Directions

  1. Mix together first 8 ing.
  2. Srit in carrots, apples, raisins and nuts.
  3. Combine mile, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Pour over other ingredients and mix until moistened. Don't over mix.
  5. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
  6. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes.
  7. Yield - 15 muffins.
