Loved these! I sub'd brown sugar Splenda & instead of raisins added a dried berry mix. Will be making these all the time!
This is the best low fat low sugar muffin recipe I have tried and I have tried a lot ,they are moist and very tasty.I used coconut oil and brown splenda ,I would serve these to guests.
Great Muffins sub'd brown sugar with Splenda & used half of raisins added 2 tbls of Apple Sauce for moisture. The spices give them Great flavor Will be making these again soon.

These are great!! I made just as posted but went a little heavy on the spices.....they were really good. Next time I will add even more cinnimon. I made mini muffins and baked them for 12 mins, and that was perfect. The kids loved them!
These are moist and the spices give them wonderful flavor. I like that they use all whole-wheat flour. I did skip the raisins, but otherwise made no changes. Thanks for posting!
We had these muffins for breakfast this morning. I had some Raisin Bran cereal that I used instead of the bran buds. Nice flavor with the pumpkin pie spice and very similar to the bran muffins my mom used to make.
