  • 100 g butter (soft but not melted)
  • 14 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 14 cups stoneground flour (if you shift the flour you can use just the bran for a different texture to the biscuits) or 1 1/4 cups stoneground natural bran (if you shift the flour you can use just the bran for a different texture to the biscuits)
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt

directions

  • Cream Butter and sugar together.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Roll out thin, cut into biscuit squares.
  • Bake 150oC for 18-20 minutes.
  • When cooked loosen on tray and leave to cool.

Hi, I live in Wanganui, New Zealand! I'm a teenager and I enjoy being with my Family and friends, txting, sports, music...oh and food. thwelist goes on, it's much simpler to just say I love life! And i really don't like pink (!) A bit crazy and proud of it, I have fun experimenting in the kitchen, especially with herbs and little things like that.
