Bran and Flax Bread (Bread Machine)

A great all purpose bread. Makes a large loaf of 13 slices.

Ingredients:

Serves: 13

Yield: 1.0 loaf

• 1 1/4 cups water
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons molasses
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup natural bran
• 1/4 cup ground flax seed
• 1 1/2 teaspoons quick-rising yeast

Directions:

1. Put all the ingredients into the bread machine and select the regular cycle. Press start.
