2 Tbls of soy made this a bit too salty. If I make this again, I'll use just 1 Tbls at first and add more at the end if I think it needs it.

The same recipe I have made for a long time! I use beef broth and whatever red wine I have open, and have recently added mushrooms and onions. LOOOOVVVEEE It! a real family pleaser.

Yum, this was super. I used chianti because it's all I had on hand, added some fresh sliced mushrooms towards the end, served over white rice and it was DEEEEElicious! Thanks for the great recipe -- I'll be making this again....soon!

I made your yummy recipe last week and it was a hit. Served half of it with rice first night and when warmed up, I served it with noodles. I used Cream Sherry as all I had on hand. Thanks for posting, Denise!
