- 1 savoy cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
directions
- Quarter and shred the Savoy cabbage.
- Heat all the olive oil in a heavy-based saucepan, add the crushed garlic cloves and cook for 30sec.
- Add the cabbage; cook, stirring, for 5min.
- Season, stir in the chopped parsley and serve.
