Braised Fish (Tunisia)

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Clean and pat dry the fish. Cut into serving-size pieces. Rub fish with harissa.
  • In an ovenrpoof skillet, heat the oil and add the onion. Saute until onion is transluscent. Add the tomato, garlic, lemon juice, and wine. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Add fish to skillet and spoon some sauce over the fish.
  • Cover and cook in oven for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and let sit 2-3 minutes. Serve with couscous.
