Very good. I made the recipe as directed to serve with baked fish. This is a nice side dish.
This is a nice side dish, easy and no-fuss! I cooked mine for 45 minutes and the celery had just the right texture - not too crunchy and not too soft. There is no overpowering flavor in this dish so it could partner with just about any main course and the herbs/spices could probably be varied as well. Thanks for posting the recipe!
