      I didn't realise it was the end of the Brussell's sprout season when I tagged this recipe, so I had to hunt for some and pay quite a lot for them when I found them but do you know what? It was worth it because they were so good in this recipe. I made no changes and can't think of any I'd suggest after eating them. Thanks for posting Boomette.

      What a great way to dress up Brussels sprouts. An even great bonus is how tasty they are with out a lot of added fat. Really like the additional depths the shallots and black pepper gave the mustard sauce. You have a winner. Thanks for the post.

      We love Brussels sprouts around here, & although I often fix them somewhat plain, this recipe really dresses them up nicely & the mustardy flavor is very satisfying! Definitely a recipe I'll keep around! [Made & reviewed in 1-2-3 Hit Wonders tag]

      Fantastic brussels sprouts! I followed the recipe exactly as written and wouldn't change a thing. The sauce was perfect in the balance of mustard and sugar flavors. Thanx for a new sprouts recipe!

      The members of this family that like sprouts, loved these.
      What a fantastic and different way to serve these wonderful vegies.
      Such a wonderful flavour that just compliments the sprouts perfectly and the sprouts are not at all mushy or overcooked cooked this way.
      Just a perfect way to cook these little bewdies.
      Thanks Boomette, will be making these again.
