  1. preheat oven to the lowest setting (1to200).
  2. in a small bowl mix up the vanilla and the syrup until completely mixed.
  3. in a medium bowl mix the oats and the vanilla mixture very well.
  4. spread on cookie sheet and put it in the oven for 2 minutes
  5. enjoy!
