My teen daughter loves this recipe. We are eating it as I type this. My son, dislike vegetables. So, we will see how he likes the taste minus the vegtables. I just garlic power versa real garlic and can sweet peas and can carrot slices.
I didn't care for the sauce. It tasted like mayonnaise to me.
A good quick and easy dinner. I didn't have peas & carrots so I used frozen broccoli instead. I also added corn starch to thicken the sauce a bit. Nice tasty dish - will definitely make again!
Praise the Lord, my husband likes a low-fat recipe! This was so tasty! We did use the wine as suggested and used a pretty liberal amount of shaved parmesan (I like the texture). Is it still low-fat if you have seconds?
This was very good, so quick and easy to make on a weeknight. The cream cheese adds just the right amount of creaminess and flavor to the pasta and vegetables.
We loved this, especially for how healthy(ish) it is and how easy to make. I did take your suggestion and use half wine and half chicken broth and it definitely gave the dish some additional depth. I didn't measure the lemon pepper - I just sprinkled on what looked right to me but it was definitely more than 1/2 teaspoon. I replaced the canola oil with olive oil, skipped the salt entirely and doubled the garlic. We will definitely be havintg this again. Thanks for posting!
I thought this was great. My 2 yr old was the only one who wouldn't touch it, big surprise, he's the worst eater. I did thicken the sauce with cornstarch and water before adding the pasta and chicken. I will be making this again thanks!
This was a nice dish. Simple to make and an all in one meal. The only thing for us was that it was a bit on the bland side. I think it needed more flavor, maybe more lemon pepper or a thicker sauce since the sauce didn't cling to the noodles all that well. It mostly drained to the bottom of the dish. We would definately make this again with some adjustments to taste.
Excellent. I'm always nervous about recipes that replace high fat ingredients with lower fat substitutes but this one does it successfully. My husband and daughter (fat-fighting freaks, as we all should be) looked at me like I was crazy when I placed it on the table but dug in, probably thinking "here's our lucky day". This was creamy, delicious and tasted decadent. I didn't use the recommended white wine because my 20-yo daughter isn't fond of wine sauce....didn't matter, we loved it the way I made it, which was the way it was written. The only change I'd make is next time I'll use fresh lemon juice....I used the reconstituted stuff in the bottle and this recipe doesn't deserve that....my bad. Thanks Mom?
