I love Boursin and I love deviled eggs... so I wondered what would happen if I combined the two. Answer: This! It's delicious and very creamy. You can buy Boursin or use one of the recipes on Recipezaar to make your own. I stuffed the eggs (thus the name) pretty full with the filling, so if you like less filling, you might want to have some extra eggs on hand to stuff :)

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Combine Boursin and sour cream in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Halve the eggs length-wise and add the yolks to the Boursin mixture.
  3. Mash yolks into the mixture and combine well.
  4. Stuff Boursin mixture into the egg white halves.

GORGEOUS! So simple and yet such a great idea for tasty stuffed eggs, we love these! I made 4 - for the two of us - and served them with Recipe #301882 and a side salad of mixed leaves with crusty bread. Made for the Mediterranean event in the Photo's forum and the Veg'N'Swap event, April 2010. Thanks starry! FT:-)

A fabulous decadent twist on your typical deviled eggs. Like several other reviewers, I added a bit of salt and pepper to the filling. You might also have to adjust the amount of sour cream to get the correct consistency for the filling. I don't make deviled eggs often, but this is now my go to recipe. Thanks Starry.
