• Yields: 3 1/2 cups

ingredients

• 2 cups whipping cream, chilled
• 6 tablespoons golden brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons Bourbon

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and beat until soft peaks form.
2. (Can be prepared up to 4 hours in advance -- just cover and refrigerate.).
