A wonderful and easy recipe for your grill from Cooking Light.
- Gently tenderize steaks with a meat mallet. Score the meat on one side with a sharp knife. Place in dish or ziplock bag.
- Mix bourbon and brown sugar together and pour over steaks. Cover dish or seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours.
- Grill to desired doneness.
