The easiest and yummiest pie evah! My whole family loves this pie! Warning: It will overflow a regular pie crust. Use the deep dish variety or just use the left over filling to make a little pie for someone special :)

This was very tasty. I have never had pecan pie before, so I didn't know to expect it to be very sweet. My husband (who is from the south) said it was like when he was a kid :) I really loved the aroma when it was baking. I baked it for about 10 more minutes than listed, and it was still a little runny, so next time I will bake longer. It could be b/c I added the full 2TBSP of bourbon ;)
