This mop is for keeping meat moist while slow cooking on the smoker. Works well with baby back ribs.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
- Add cider, sugar and pepper.
- Stir occasionally until it comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in bourbon.
- Mop ribs every hour.
