DELISH! This is BETTER than the mall food court not only in taste, but the quality of the chicken. I made this with cubed chix tenderloins, and my whole family loved it!--even my toddler who wouldn't eat other dinner entrees ate this! I used 1 lb of chix and kept the rest of the "sauce" ingredients the same, and I liked this ratio of meat to sauce so I'd recommend doubling the sauce in this recipe if you're like me and like extras to drizzle over rice, etc. Additionally, I added cornstarch to thicken-I just guestimated it--maybe a couple tablespoons worth? This is a winner recipe, and will be keeping this in my dinner menu rotation!

Very good chicken dish. I took leftovers to work the next day for lunch and it was just as good the second time. I will definitely be making this again.

this was one of the easiest recipes I have every made and absolutely one of the best. Had it for supper then took it to work with me the next day. All the teachers want me to bring it next week to our staff meeting. Needless to say I did not get much lunch that day.

excellent dish family of 8 ages 2-35 we all loved it. first time made it with orange juice second time with apple juice worked out great both times. The only thing I added was more garlic.

I was not pleased with this recipe..Just didn't stand out to me or my husband that will eat ANYTHING. I didn't finish mine and my husband usually finishes off what I don't eat but not this time. Did everything exactly as directed.

WE LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe! I have made it several times and everyone in my family (7 of us) all love it. We have had to double it though for our large crowd and there have never been leftovers, which is sad since that is what I take to lunch.

This was sooo tasty! After reading the comments about the sauce being a little runny, I decided to use apricot preserves (just what I had in the house) in place of the apple juice. It tasted wonderful and the sauce had the perfect consistency. I made this for my mother-in-law and she was very impressed. Definitely a keeper! Thank you! :o)

I have made this several times because my husband loves it. I don't always have apple juice available, so I have also used orange juice and white grape juice. It always turns out wonderful. I also add one Tbsp cornstarch mixed with cold water a few minutes before it's done cooking as the previous reviewer does. Thanks for a fabulous recipe!
