A hit with my friends
- 4 chicken breasts (I prefer skinless chicken thigh)
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 4 ounces light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of minced onions, dried is ok
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 3⁄8 cup Bourbon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- mix all the ingredients together and pour over chicken, leave overnight in refrigerator.
- you can either bake at 325 for 1 ½ hours or bbq or cook in a cast iron pan.
