This is a very quick, easy, and delicious recipe for bourbon chicken and the one I make most often -- and it really contains bourbon!

I really liked this dish. Anything with bourbon in it is a hit with me! I did cut back on the soy sauce to about 3/4 cup and added an extra tablespoon and a half of bourbon. Very, very good. We will be having it again.
- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of fat and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 lb dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Bourbon
