  1. Place flour into a zip lock bag with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Add chicken and shake until chicken is completly coated.
  3. Heat oil in skillet and lightly brown chicken on both sides.
  4. Add onion, parsley and chervil to skillet and cook until onion is tender.
  5. Place chicken and sauce into slow cooker.
  6. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  7. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
  8. Cooking time depends on your individual slow cooker.
  9. Serve with noodles or rice.
