ingredients
- 12 ounces vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups pecans, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup lt corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1⁄2 cup Bourbon (or rum)
- 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
directions
- combine all ingredients EXCEPT the granulated sugar til it forms a dough.
- roll dough into 1" balls.
- place sugar in a pie plate.
- roll the balls in the sugar.
- place in an airtight container, Can refrigerate, but DO NOT freeze!
