Bake beans with a punch.
- 4 (16 ounce) cansboston baked beans
- 3⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1⁄2 cup Bourbon (better quality)
- 1⁄2 cup strong black coffee
- 16 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
- A half hour before serving, turn crockpot to High and take off lid to slow cooker to cook of excess liquid.
