These are so good! I served them in individual dishes to my guests for Thanksgiving and everyone just loved them!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. heat 1/4 c butter in a skillet.
  2. add shallots, cook 5 minutes to soften.
  3. add apples, bourbon and maple syrup, cook for 3 minutes.
  4. add cider and boil for 5 minutes until most of the liquid evaporates.
  5. reduce heat and stir in remaining butter 1 tbsp at a time.
  6. add nutmeg, cloves and sage, stirring.
  7. serve warm.
