If my wife and I could find guacamole this good in Los Angeles we would be happy campers.. Boudro's was one of the high points of our San Antonio visit.

My daughter and I made this and it was divine! Taste identical to Boudro's!

I ate at Boudros last year and had the guacamole. The best damn guacamole I've ever had. Can't wait to try to make it!

I'm familiar with the Bistro, but didn't have the chance to eat there. this recipe was great, I think the orange and use of sea salt really made a difference.

Very good tasting guacamole! I enjoyed the roasted tomatoes in it. I sliced and roasted for about 15 minutes, turning once. I don't like too much heat, so used 1/4 jalapeno. Thanks! Made for the Photo forum 2 for 1 event.
