My husband calls these “Botched Bagels” because I once made the mistake of telling him that sprouts were really healthy -- anything that’s remotely good for you, he claims to be allergic to. What…..EVER! More for me! ;)
- 1 onion bagels or 1 everything bagel
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup mixed sprouts (any variety, I use mung beans and lentils)
- garlic powder (to taste) (optional)
- Toast bagel.
- Slather on cream cheese.
- Top with sprouts.
