• 1 1/2 pound loaf

• 295.73 ml water
• 59.14 ml nonfat dry milk powder
• 6.16 ml salt
• 29.58 ml packed brown sugar
• 14.79 ml light molasses
• 29.58 ml vegetable oil
• 473.18 ml wheat flour
• 295.73 ml bread flour
• 4.92 ml bread machine yeast or 4.92 ml instant yeast

directions

1. Measure ingredients into the baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Insert pan into the oven chamber.
3. Select Whole Wheat cycle.
4. When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
5. Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
