- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 2 -3 cups tex-mex cheese
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 6 -8 potatoes

- Peal potatos.
- Boil potatos for about 30 minutes.
- mash potatos.
- mix borsin cheese, butter and garlic together.
- add texmex cheese to mashed potatos.
- add borsin mixture to mashed potatos.
- mix together.
- serve.
