A nice lowfat way to eat pasta!
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 package fat free cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons diced green chilies
- 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- cayenne (optional)
- Cook pasta according to directions on package.
- In a saucepan combine cream cheese, green chilies, cilantro and garlic salt.
- Gently warm over low heat, stirring to blend ingredients.
- Pour pasta over cream cheese sauce and stir to mix thoroughly.
- Serve warm.
